Design with Strategy and Creativity
In my process of creating a new product I start by making a market research and a benchmark of a selected Game/Genre. After that I get into the ideation, discuss with the team about the challanges of the diferent concepts and select one passing to the development stage. On the projects I generally track all the production, solve design and production problems and make all the documentation that team needed.

In this phase I start by selecting a Game/Genre reference, go to the Sensor Tower and filter results, play the top games on revenue and downloads and mix the concepts like: "The main mechanic of A with the aesthetic of B" or "The main mechanic of A with the main mechanic of B"
